We arrive to Baleen early so that we may enjoy a drink at the bar. The host greeted us with a warm welcome checked us in and directed us to the bar. The Bartender, I believe his name is Alexander attended us. He was so warm and friendly. Attentive to our requests. When we transitioned to our table, we at first sat inside but changed our mind to sit outside. (Highly recommended to do so) Kristina was our server and she is warm and friendly. Explained the features to us and also recommended some of her favorites. Overall from beginning to end Baleen staff is top tier in service and food. Thanks to Kristina’s hospitality we are now loyal patrons to come and enjoy this beautiful establishment.

Christopher was the best server I think I’ve ever had! From the moment we got there, he greeted us with the warmest welcome. He took my husband & I to take a photo at sunset! He recommended some dishes and explained all the dishes and specials. Everything was 10/10 delicious and the experience was made complete by Christopher’s expertise, professionalism, and friendliness! I can’t wait to come back

I had an excellent experience at BALEEN at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict ($22), Lobster Cobb Salad ($38), and Citrus Cured Smoked Salmon Roulade ($28). Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The beachfront atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and made the dining experience even more memorable. A special thank you to Befort Michel, who provided outstanding service from beginning to end. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and made sure i had everything i needed. His service was truly on point. Great food, beautiful oceanfront atmosphere, and exceptional service. Definitely a 5-star experience. We will be back. Highly recommended!

Stunning outdoor beachside views. Ogi was phenomenal - he and the bus team struck the perfect balance of being friendly, conversational and attentive but not overbearing. Ogi recommended the branzino special, it was the best dish we've had all week in Naples. The grilled octopus appetizer, beet and squash salad, grouper and crème brûlée were fantastic as well. Overall this was one of the best dining experiences we've had anywhere in the world.

We had such a great experience at Baleen in Naples! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxed. Even the valet service set the tone—super smooth and friendly right from the start. We were lucky enough to catch the sunset while we were there, and honestly, it made the whole evening feel extra special. The view is just beautiful and really adds to the atmosphere. Our server, Kristina, was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests having a good time. We tried a mix of drinks, appetizers, and main dishes, and everything was delicious. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the whole experience. Overall, such a lovely night—great food, great service, and an unforgettable sunset. Definitely a spot we’d come back to!
